Motion approving a supply agreement with Neptune Technology Group, Inc.,
Tallasee, Alabama, for 2,638 cold water displacement type and turbine type
water meters in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0174-01 based on Iow bid,
Iow bid meeting specifications and best bid for an estimated annual expenditure
of $114,355. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with
an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted in FY2001-2002 by the Water Department.
