Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Utility Revenue Management Company, Inc. of Houston, Texas, to provide utility
revenue enhancement services for a term of thirty-six months in consideration
of payment up to 50% of increased revenues, based on total amount of
increased revenues collected.
