Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with the Golf Course Effluent Distribution System, L. L. C., the Corpus Christi
Country Club (CCCC), and Kings Crossing Country Club (KCCC) to provide for
the transportation and use of treated effluent at those golf course facilities.
