Motion approving the purchase of four portable defibrillator/monitors from
Medtronic Physio-Control Corporation, Redmond, WA, based on sole source for
a total amount of $51,020.80. The defibrillatodmonitors will be used by EMS
Division and are budgeted in FY2001-2002.
