Motion approving a supply agreement with Skaggs Public Safety, San Antonio,
Texas, for work uniforms which include approximately 2,128 work pants, 2,917
work shirts, 71 coveralls, 1,290 "T"-shirts, 670 jersey knit shirts, 2,130 denim
jeans, and 300 jackets, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0003-02 based
on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $118,202.50. The term of the
contract shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the using
departments in FY2001-2002.
