Gulfway-Airline Park, Unit 1, located at the corner of Williams and Braeswood
Drive for $100 and other bid requirements received by sealed bid and
authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Special Warranty
Deed for the sale and conveyance of the subject property.
