Motion to amend prior to Second Reading by (1) amending the beach parking
permit fee amendments to Subsection C of Section 10-86 by making those
provisions consistent with the First Reading Ordinance on this agenda which
amends the Dune Protection and Beach Access Plan; (2) providing that any fee
increase will not be effective until approved by the Texas General Land Office
(TxGLO); and (3) making changes to comply with TxGLO requirements.
