Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the engineering services contract with Bass & Welsh Engineering in the
amount of $46,250 for Neighborhood Street Reconstruction, providing design,
bid and construction phase services for underground utilities along Laguna
Shores Road.
