construction easement combined as Parcel 7 out of Lot K, Block 28, and Lots
O and P, Block 29, Bass Subdivision in the amount of $27,401 from the owner,
Erma Traynham in connection with the Sanitary Sewer Installation in developed
areas: Bass Subdivision; Wastewater Capital Improvement Program.
