Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to approve a Letter of
Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi, Solid Waste Services and the
Beautify Corpus Christi Association for a grant in the amount of $25,000 for
professional services in support of Solid Waste Service's educational programs
and new basic services.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money

for any other purpose.
