Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a contract with
Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool, in the amount of $71,547
annual premium ($69,400.59 =3% discount forAnnual Premium versus Quarterly)
for Excess Liability - Gas Utility. The term of the contract will be for one year.
