Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a contract with
McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Texas, Inc., in the amount of $120,000 annual
premium for Excess Liability Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage plus
an additional $7,500 annual fee for Risk Assessment and an Annual Claims
Audit. The term of the contract will be for one year with an option to renew for up
to three additional 12~month periods subject to the approval of the insurer and the
City Manager or his designee. In the event a renewal occurs, the above rate has
been guaranteed for four years.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, fi.om which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
