Motion approving a supply agreement with Pencco, Inc., of San Felipe, Texas,
for approximately 2,050,000 gallons of ferrous sulfate in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0062-02 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure
of $466,375. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with
an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted in FY2001-2002 by the Wastewater Department.
