Motion approving a supply agreement with Altivia, of Houston, Texas, for
approximately 415 tons of sodium chlorite solution in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0065-02 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure
of $234,060. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with
an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted by the Water Department in FY2001-2002.
