Motion approving the purchase often (10) sedans from the Houston - Galveston
Area Council of Governments (HGAC), for the total amount of $146,781.50. The
award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with HGAC. These
vehicles will be used by the Police Department. Funds are available through the
Law Enforcement Block Grant. These items are replacements to the fleet.

the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
