Motion approving a supply agreement with Carus Chemical Company Ottawa,
Illinois for approximately 70 cycle bins of potassium permanganate in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0069-02 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $338,026.50. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds have been budgeted in FY 2001-2002 by the Water Department.
