Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee subject to the availability of
funds, to execute a legal services agreement with Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P.,
to represent the City in its negotiations with Leon Loeb on the South Wharf
Project and Landry's Restaurants Incorporated on the City's Marina Operations
and Development Project.
