Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 13 and to increase the escrow amount with the Texas Department of
Transportation in the amount of $29,734,18 as part of the McArdle Road Phase
1 Improvements from Everhart Road to Weber Road construction contract in
accordance with the Advanced Funding Agreement.

for any other purpose.
