MOTIONS - 5/14/02
Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with The
Mountbatten Surety Company, Inc. and Fugro South, Inc. settling certain claims
of the City of Corpus Christi in connection with City of Corpus Christi Project
#3219, Nourishment of Corpus Christi Beach - 2001, in accordance with the
settlement negotiated by the City's attorneys.
