Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
5 to an engineering services contract with Bath Engineering, Inc. of Corpus
Christi, Texas, in the amount of $39,650 for a total re-stated fee of $559,978 for
the Wastewater Microwave Communication System.
