Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a legal services contract with
Michael Terry, Attorney at Law, to serve as co-counsel with Fulbright & Jaworski,
LLP, to represent the City in its negotiations with Leon Loeb on the South Wharf
Project and with Landry's Restaurants, Incorporated on the City's Marina
Operations and Development Project, subject to certification of funds.
