Motion authorizing payment of the Special Commissioners' condemnation award
of $37,000 for the acquisition of Parcel 1, consisting of a Utility and Temporary
Construction Easement, both located at the corner of Saratoga Boulevard and
Greenwood Drive to construct wastewater improvements in connection with the
Carolyn Heights Diversion to Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant - 30-inch
line, Project No. 7196, and for other municipal purposes.

for any other purpose.
