Motion approving the reimbursement application submitted by Ambassador
Development, Inc., owner and developer of Royal Court Subdivision, for the
over-size, over-depth installation of 149 linear feet of 15-inch PVC sanitary
sewer collection line and over-depth sanitary sewer manhole upon final
acceptance of the improvements.

I, lohn Barrera, President of Ambassador Development, Inc and owners and developers
of Royal Court, hereby request reimbursement of apply $8, 880.00 o'edit toward the sewer
lot/acreage fee for the collection line extension installed in conjunction with Royal Court
Subdivision as provided for by City Ordinance No. 17396. The construction cost is $24,659.43
is the construction cost, including 7- 1/2% engineering, as shown by the cost supporting
documents attached herewith.
