Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment
to an engineering services contract with Urban Engineering of Corpus Christi,
Texas in the amount of $454,125 for the Southside Water Transmission Main,
Phases 2, 2a and 3 and the Southside Gas Transmission Main Parts B and C.
