MOTIONS - 6/25/02
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $147,863 from the State of Texas, Office of the Governor, Criminal
Justice Division for funding eligible under the FY2001 Juvenile Accountability
Incentive Block Grants Program and to execute all related documents to
continue the Juvenile Court within Municipal Court to reduce juvenile
delinquency, improve the juvenile justice system and increase the accountability
for juvenile offenders.
