Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Berry Contracting, LP (dba Bay Ltd.) of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the
amount of $6,541,301.99 for Corpus Christi International Airport (CCIA) Roadway
and Parking Lot Improvements, Phase 1.
