Motion approving a supply agreement with U. S. Filter Distribution Group, of
Corpus Christi, Texas for pre-fabricated manholes in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0098-02 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure
of $34,216.83. The term of the agreement will be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted in FY2001-2002 and requested for FY 2002-2003. (Attachment # 4)
