Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with R.S. Black Civil Engineers & Contractors/Machinery & Materials, Inc.
of Corpus Christi, Texas, for a total fee not to exceed $119,000 for the Padre
Island Pump Station Valve Automation and Instrumentation Project.
