Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to extend the contract with
Clean Harbors Environmental Services for the Household Hazardous Waste
Disposal Services at the J.C. Elliot[ Landfill for up to twelve additional months,
for an estimated twelve-month expenditure of $160,000. Funds have been
budgeted by Storm Water Department in FY 2001-2002 and requested for FY
2002-2003.
