Motion approving the purchase of 8,500 feet of 16" coated and wrapped steel
pipe in accordance with Bid Invitation B1-0122-02 from Texas Pipe & Supply, of
Corpus Chdsti, Texas, based on Iow bid for a total of $153,000. The pipe will be
used by the Gas Department. Funds have been budgeted by the Gas
Department in FY 2001-2002.
