Motion approving the purchase of one (1) directional boring machine in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0115-02 from Vermeer Equipment of
Texas, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas, based on Iow bid for a total of $198,875.
The Gas Department will use the boring machine. Funds have been budgeted
by the Gas Department in FY 2001-2002.
