Motion pursuant to Chapter 49 (Streets & Sidewalks), Division 2 (Temporary
Closure of Streets) Section 49-17 (Conditions and requirements for permit)
Paragraph (a) to allow the applicant for the "Powerboat Shoot-Out" Event to
charge an admittance fee of $10.00 for all persons above the age of 5 years old.
Children under 5 years will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
