Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with M. Dee Koch, Ph. D for psychological services for the Police and Aviation
Departments. The term is for three years at an hourly rate of $35.00 with an
estimated annual cost of $80,000.

for any other purpose.
