Motion approving a supply agreement with Health & Safety Management, Inc., of
Corpus Christi, Texas for the testing of asbestos in approximately 90 privately held
and public structures in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0116-02, based on
Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $44,010. The term of the contract
will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-
month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY2002-2003 by Housing and
Community Development.
