Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with the
Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services for funding in the
amount of $500,674 from the Community Youth Development Program for the
78415 ZIP Code for projects as recommended by the Community Youth
Development Steering Committee for Fiscal Year 2002-2003.
