Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a testing services
agreement with Fugro South, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas, for a total fee not to
exceed $116,000 for the North Navigation Boulevard Pumping Plant Contract No.
3: 36"-Diameter Water Transmission Main (North Navigation Boulevard Pumping
Plant to Caldwell Street Pumping Plant).
