MOTIONS - 8/20/02
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Jesse David Bebout, Jr., in the amount of $85,300, plus
$1,500 in closing costs and an additional amount not to exceed $22,500 for
relocation assistance to cover moving costs, price differential payments and
incidental expenses for replacement housing, for the purchase of fee simple
property rights for Parcel 3, being all of Lot 11, Block 1, Mount Vernon
Subdivision, with street address of 4901 Wynona Drive, necessary for the McArdle
Road Street Improvement Project, Phase 3, Project No. 6146, and for other
municipal purposes. (Bond Issue 2000)

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
