MOTIONS - 8/20/02
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Anita Carrol Frees-Foster, in the amount of $63,000, plus
$1,500 in closing costs and an additional amount not to exceed $5,250 for
relocation assistance of any existing tenants, including but not limited to rental
assistance or down payment supplement for replacement housing and moving
costs, for the purchase of fee simple property rights for Parcel 7, being all of Lot
7, Block 3, Mount Vernon Subdivision, with street address of 4901 Waltham Drive,
necessary for the McArdle Road Street Improvement Project, Phase 3, Project No.
6146, and for other municipal purposes. (Bond Issue 2000)

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
