Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 3,714 boxes of garbage
can liners in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0114-02 with Gulf Coast Paper
Company, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas based on Iow total bid, for an estimated
annual expenditure of $38,854.92. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds are available from the Warehouse Inventory for FY2002-2003.
