Motion approving a supply agreement for an estimated 1,553 cases of white copy
paper and 214 cases of colored copy paper in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
B1-0090-02 with Pollock Paper, of San Antonio, Texas, based on Iow total bid for
an estimated six-month expenditure of $44,682.75. The term of the contract is
for six months with options to extend for up to four additional six-month periods,
subject to the approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee.
The paper is used by various City Departments.
