Motion approving a supply agreement for serial publication services, consisting
of 460 magazine, newspaper and trade journal subscriptions in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. B1-0132-02 with Popular Subscription Service, Terre Haute,
Indiana, based on only bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $29,981.68.
The term of the contract shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for
u p to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Corpus
Christi Public Library and the South Texas Library System in FY 2002-2003.
