Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Dawson Recycling, Inc., of Gregory, Texas, guaranteeing the annual delivery of
specific tonnage of acceptable waste to the J.C. EIliott Landfill for a specified fee,
for a period not to exceed the life of the J.C. Elliott Landfill.
