Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Memorandum
of Agreement with the United States of America, Department of Interior, Bureau
of Reclamation and the City of Three Rivers for the purpose of defining
responsibilities related to the design, placement, and operation and maintenance
of new municipal and industrial water delivery system at Choke Canyon
Reservoir, Nueces River Project.
