Motion approving a supply agreement for portable chemical toilet service in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0117-02 with BFI Waste Services of
Texas, L.P., Corpus Christi, Texas based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $35,484.50. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds are budgeted by the using departments in FY2002-2003.
