contract with R.E. Rabalais Constructors, Ltd., dba Rabalais I & E Constructors
of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $134,690 for the Youth Outdoor Sports
Facilities Lighting Improvements Project at Evelyn Price Park. (Bond Issue

for any other purpose.
