Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with King-Isles, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of
$4,981,673 for street resurfacing on ^yers Street (South Padre Island Drive to
Port Avenue) and Gollihar Road (Crosstown Expressway to Kostoryz Road).

the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
