Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a testing services
contract with Rock Engineering & Testing Laboratory, Inc. of Corpus Christi,
Texas, in the amount of $39,170 for materials testing on Ayers Street (South
Padre Island Drive to Port Avenue) and Gollihar Road (Crosstown Expressway
to Kostoryz Road). (Bond Issue 2002)
