Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Attachment No.
7 to Contract No. 7460005741-2003 with the Texas Department of Health in the
amount of $128,562 to enable the Corpus Christi - Nueces County Public Health
District to upgrade to a Level B Capacity in the National Laboratory Response
Network for coping with bioterrorism threats.
