Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Attachment No.
06 to Contract No. 7460005741-2003 with the Texas Department of Health in the
amount of $600,000 based on a $9.45 reimbursement for each participant
served, to fund group nutrition education, individual counseling, and to distribute
food vouchers at no cost to individuals identified as having nutritional deficiencies
and/or nutritional risk during the period of October 1,2002 through September 30,
2003 as part of the Women Infant Children (WlC) Federal Program.
