Motion authorizing the City Manager to send out a Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain a food and beverage
company (F & B Company) to manage the food service operation at the Bayfront
Plaza Convention Center and New Multipurpose Arena for a period of five years,
beginning August 1, 2004.
